Who we are:
Aligned Elevator is a Connecticut elevator company. We maintain, repair, modernize, and install elevators for buildings across the state. When you call us, we look at your elevator, we tell you what is actually wrong, and we tell you what it will take to fix it. Our technicians have been in this trade for decades, so we have seen the usual failures and the odd ones. We will not sell you a part you do not need, and we will not leave a job half finished. If you want to talk through what is going on with your elevator, we can help.
We will come to your building and diagnose your elevator at no charge.
You do not have to hire us after we look at it. Once we see the equipment, we will tell you what is wrong and what it will take to repair it. If you want us to, we can fix your elevator from there.
What we do:
We maintain, repair, modernize, and install elevators for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings across Connecticut. Whether you need scheduled service, an emergency repair, or a full modernization, our crew handles the work in the field and keeps your building in code.
Elevator Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance for your elevator
Most elevator failures start as small wear that nobody notices until the car stops. Our scheduled maintenance is how we catch that early, keep your elevator running safely, and keep it in line with Connecticut inspection requirements so you are not paying for an emergency call you could have avoided.
Call us before your elevator fails, and we can help you stay ahead of it.
- CT state compliance inspections
- Wear and tear monitoring
- Lubrication and adjustments
Elevator Repair
Emergency repairs when your elevator stops
When your elevator stops, people in your building lose a floor, a lobby backs up, and your tenants start calling you, and that is when we can help. Call us and we will get a technician out to restore service, including nights and weekends.
We can get your elevator running again, and we keep the equipment safe while we work on it.
- Elevator door operator repairs
- Hydraulic and traction repairs
- Intermittent failures
Elevator Installations
New elevator installations
If you need a new elevator in a commercial, residential, or industrial building, we can install it to the spec you were given, on the schedule your project needs, and to the code your inspector will check.
We can also modernize the elevator you already have, including cab work and ADA or code upgrades, so you are not stuck with equipment that no longer meets the building.
- Modernization packages
- Custom cab design
- ADA and code upgrades
We can repair and maintain your OTIS® elevator in Connecticut

Our technicians know the controllers, door operators, and hydraulics on these systems, and we help keep your elevator running safely and in code across Connecticut.

- That ongoing service is how we keep your OTIS elevator running efficiently, safely, and in line with state and local elevator codes.
- You can call us for a one-time OTIS repair, or we can put your elevator on a longer maintenance program. Either way, we can help you across Connecticut.

When we work:
Elevator problems do not wait for business hours, and neither do we. If your elevator shuts down at night, on a Sunday, or on a holiday, call us and we can get a technician to your building. We cover nursing homes, apartment buildings, commercial lobbies, and service elevators across Connecticut. Sometimes we can get your elevator running again on that visit, and if we cannot, we will secure the equipment so your building is safe until we come back with the parts we need. Your tenants and your operations should not sit around waiting, so you should not have to either. Call us any time and we can help.
- We work on your elevator around the clock
- We work nights and weekends
